Day Two

Although I was feeling great last night, I woke up extremely sore this morning. My quads, my calves, my butt, my shoulders, my back, and my chest all burn. I suppose something's working, right? I have a hard time believing that I'll be in any condition to work out again tomorrow, but that decisions will be made when the time comes.

I also am slowly building up my diet. It's hard to eat when you aren't hungry, but that's what the plan calls for. Hopefully my body will adjust to the extra calories, start packing on the muscle, and cause me to be hungry on a regular pattern.

The first week is always a tough one, but living on the third floor of my dorm surely doesn't help my legs feel better.
