Introduction




Ryan here.

For the next three months, I'll be taking part of an insane workout program. I was introduced to this program by a mentor that taught me about working out and making money throughout high school. His name is Carl, and I'm thankful that God introduced us back when I was in 8th grade. The last time I went on this program, I was a sophomore in high school, and I packed on thirty pounds of muscle in less than three months. Unfortunately, I never finished the program, because I broke my big toe while working out. Now, as a junior in college, I'm planning to duplicate the success that I had. The goal: gain thirty pounds of muscle in three months.

I've been inspired to go back onto this workout simply because I'm unhappy with my current body. I own an internet marketing company, and I'm also a full-time college student, so the majority of my day is spent on my butt. This workout, while not much of a time commitment, takes serious dedication, but I plan to work through it.

So, that's the goal - thirty pounds of muscle in three months.

My current weight: 148 lbs.
My current body size: Disappointing
Strength: Less than what it should be.

Three months from now, my body will be revolutionized.
